Meet The Team

Designated Partner

Anji Reddy Mettu

With 10+ years of real estate experience and having successfully completed over 20 Lakh sq. ft. of residential projects in Bengaluru, Anji takes pride in the quality and detail that goes into all his projects.


An entrepreneur at heart, his first such stint was when he founded and ran a tech start-up company profitably. Soon after he took on roles in tech giants like Cisco, where he focused on process and quality improvement. Turning his eye to real estate, Anji realised this sector lacked a process and quality-based approach. For the last decade, he has been bringing this detail-oriented approach to every project he is a part of.


Anji is also passionate about his trust, Mathruseva Charitable Trust, co-founded in 2006. The Trust aids rural communities to secure drinking water, quality education, sanitation and healthcare.

Designated Partner

Atheeth Chandraiah

Having 12+ years of experience in construction and real estate development, Atheeth specialises in revenue, land acquisitions, legal & liaisoning.

From a family of real estate businessmen, Atheeth completed his postgraduate diploma in business management before eventually founding heritage homes in 2012. There he served as a managing partner, responsible for strategy and business development.

Atheeth brings his keen eye for design and quality to Whitehill Heritage Homes where he focuses on the overall functioning of the company, with a specific emphasis on product delivery, project execution, process and quality control, and most importantly customer satisfaction.

Shyam Mareddy

With 10+ years of experience in real estate and with 30+ Lakh sq. ft. of residential projects in Bengaluru, Shyam focuses on operational excellence and timely delivery to ensure satisfied customers, every time.
Shyam started his career in the IT sector in operations and project management, while with companies such as IBM, Dow Jones, Sprint, etc. While working abroad, he had exposure to operations and quality management, at scale.


On his return, Shyam noticed the lack of quality-driven approaches in many sectors, including real estate. To bridge this gap, he stepped into this space more than a decade ago. His constant endeavour is to push the envelope on construction methods and quality.


Shyam is enthusiastic about skill development in real estate. In 2014 he launched a program to teach development, construction & design techniques to students keen on the industry.

Director, Marketing

Srinivas Atmakur

Bringing 10+ years of experience in real estate marketing and business management, Srinivas has successfully delivered more than 1000 premium villas across Bangalore.

His areas of expertise include marketing strategy, directing and overseeing marketing activities and policies, developing fair and competitive pricing strategies, tracking organisation objectives, developing customer relationships, and ensuring lasting customer satisfaction.

Srinivas holds a postgraduate diploma in business management and is a practicing digital marketeer who enjoys using marketing tools and techniques such as PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display marketing.
